Leading Social Media company is looking for a person to search for fashion related brands and content creators interested on selling products in a new e-comm platform.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the Fashion category.
  • Responsible for the P&L.
  • Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category.
  • Hire, manage and develop a strong team.
  • Acquire and incubate Fashion brands and partners (sellers) to support category growth.
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into brands' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock brands' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos.
  • Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category.
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Strong network within the Mexican Fashion industry landscape.
  • Proven track on fashion consumer demands, digital evolution and leading fashion e-comm brands.
  • Experience in mobile transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
  • Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories
  • Solid experience in people management, and leading a diverse team.
